Jared Worthy is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Clear Pathway Care Ltd, where he leads with a clear commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and highly personalised care to people in their own homes. His focus is simple—ensuring individuals receive the right support to remain independent, comfortable, and confident in familiar surroundings.

With a strong background in leadership and care, Jared holds a QCF Level 3 and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, alongside a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management (2025). His commitment to quality and continuous improvement is reflected in the organisation’s governance, including strengthening the leadership team with the appointment of a former CQC inspector as Nominated Individual—ensuring services are safe, effective, well-led, and responsive to people’s needs.

Jared plays an active role in ensuring staff are well-trained and confident to deliver high-quality care in people’s homes. As a certified CPI trainer with over seven years’ experience in Positive Behaviour Support, he helps equip teams with the skills to provide safe, respectful, and person-centred support, even in complex situations.

He also oversees information governance as Data Protection Officer, ensuring individuals and families can trust that their information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Jared remains deeply passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable adults, with a strong belief that great home care is built on trust, consistency, and genuine human connection. His leadership continues to drive Clear Pathway Care forward, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding care that helps people live well in the place they call home.

The service is managed by Jason Sherman, who brings extensive experience in the residential care sector, including deputising and managing care homes, as well as providing consultancy support to services across the country requiring improvement.

Jason Sherman has developed a strong professional reputation with the CQC, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders. He holds QCF Levels 3 and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, demonstrating his qualifications and expertise in overseeing high quality care provision. In 2025 he obtained an ICQ Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management.

The responsible person is David Pope who is a highly experienced adult social care professional with over 20 years’ experience across regulation, complaints management, social work (adults aged 18 and above, people with learning disabilities and those living with mental health conditions) and quality assurance. Skilled in inspecting and regulating services to ensure safety and quality, building strong relationships with providers and system partners, and identifying risk to drive effective regulatory action.

David brings a strong background in managing complex complaints and investigations, embedding learning, and improving service performance. Earlier career as a social worker involved comprehensive assessment work, hospital discharge planning, risk management and arranging care provision. He is also experienced in quality monitoring of community‑based services.
